Business Development Intern

Job Description
Our firm is looking for a team of 3 interns that are highly motivated with the desire to learn. We are looking for candidates that will focus on the business development and deal origination efforts through direct interaction with C-level executive of both private and public companies. This position could lead to a full-time opportunity after a 3-month period upon approval of the candidates’ performance and skills.
Job functions include, but not limited to:
- Effectively communicating to corporate management the advantages of lease financing and of working with Strada Capital
- Building rapport with decision-makers of companies nation-wide
- Prospecting emerging industries
- Researching and compiling target client profiles
- Internship requires a time commitment of a minimum of 12 to 16 hours per week
- Establishing business-to-business sales experience in a professional environment
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or currently pursuing a college degree
- Masterful interpersonal/communication skills
- The ability to adapt quickly

Account Executive
Job Description
Successful Account Executives are committed to the following:
- Building rapport with decision-makers of companies nation-wide
- Effectively communicating to corporate management the advantages of lease financing and of working with Strada Capital
- Engaging in finance contract negotiations which produce profitable results
- Acting with integrity to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business
- Attending trade shows and events which develop Strada’s customer base
- Overseeing transactions from start to finish which entails the orchestration of involved parties (customers, lenders, account coordinators, etc.)
